Given the recurrence of the events organised and their similarities, the Maison Moderne teams set up a strategy to industrialise the creation and publication of their event websites with inwink.
For each type of event, a master template was created and is duplicated as required, thus allowing the teams to optimise their time.
Manage the registrations for these events in a fluid, simple and precise way:
For each event organised by Maison Moderne, a dedicated website is created to manage registrations via a landing page which also handles ticketing.
In addition, the data collected during registration is fed directly into Salesforce, which is the CRM used by Maison Moderne. This allows the teams to carry out a commercial follow-up on event activities.
Also, the entire e-mail communication strategy is facilitated via ready-to-use e-mail templates in inwink.

Thanks to inwink’s ability to collect and structure registration and participation data, Maison Moderne’s teams benefit from a global and rigorous vision of all the actions carried out by their audience members on inwink: registration for an event, participation in a session, consultation of a document….
Also, the use of inwink OnSite to manage the registration during in person events has allowed us to have even more precise data and streamline the reception of our participants.
