The context

Hosted by the Association Française de la Relation Client (AFRC), ‘’Les Palmes’’ is the largest awards ceremony dedicated to customer relationship in France. The annual ceremony gathers about 600 executives and marketing decision makers every year. A dozen of members of the jury as well as the audience hand out prizes to 6 awards winners for their innovative strategies in customer care.
